Our Story

Quincy Street Distillery was born out of the Craft Distillery Heritage. Bringing classic distilling together with innovative flavors is the foundation for our business. We create historically inspired spirits based on classic and original formulas which result in unique expressions of taste.

The distillery operates in a historic storefront in the heart of Riverside, Illinois, one of the first planned suburban communities in the United States. Designed by Fredrick Law Olmstead, the landscaping mastermind behind New York City’s Central Park, Riverside was created as an idyllic mix of nature and culture, urban and rural.

Our smallbatch spirits balance the creative with the classic, using the finest regional ingredients and collaborating with other local artisans. We invite you to responsibly enjoy our marvellous concoctions.

Tours and Tastings

Tours of the distillery are $15/person, lasting 1-1/2 hours with tastings, which can be scheduled here.
