Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery

The distillery offers a variety of spirits, including Apple Whiskey, Straight Rye, Blended Bourbon, and more. Visitors can enjoy their products in the tasting room or take a tour to learn about the distillation process.

Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery specializes in producing high-quality, small-batch spirits using traditional methods and locally sourced ingredients. Their Two Sisters Vodka is made from corn grown on their own farm, while their Adirondack High Rye is aged in charred oak barrels for a rich, full-bodied flavor.

The distillery also offers a unique coffee experience with their Coffee Cowboy, featuring a blend of Arabica beans roasted locally. Visitors can enjoy this specialty coffee in the tasting room or take it to go.

Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery has received several awards and accolades for its spirits, including a gold medal at the International Spirits Challenge. They are also proud members of the American Craft Spirits Association.

The distillery is open daily from 9am-5pm, except Sundays. Visitors can enjoy their products in the tasting room or take a tour to learn about the distillation process.
