RARE PEAR BRANDY

 

A pure distillation of Bartlett pears, crushed whole and fermented on the skins. We source our pears as locally as possible.

 

Minimally distilled twice to retain the fresh pear aromas, it is surprisingly dry with a long toasted oak finish, reminiscent of a proper European style of brandy at 40% ABV.

 

Aged 2 years in charred American oak barrels with a single filtration. Enjoy our Rare Pear Brandy neat in a brandy glass or paired with cheese and charcuterie.

 

APPLEJACK

 

Their Applejack is made from a blend of heirloom apples, aged for a minimum of 6 months to develop its rich flavor profile.

 

BRANDY

 

The distillery’s Brandy is crafted using traditional methods, resulting in a smooth, full-bodied spirit perfect for sipping or pairing with desserts.

 

WHISKEY

 

Harvest Spirits’ Whiskey is distilled from a blend of grains and aged for at least 2 years to develop its complex flavor profile.

 

GIN

 

Their Gin is infused with botanicals grown on-site, creating a unique and refreshing spirit perfect for cocktails or enjoyed on its own.

 

Tours and Tastings Visitors can enjoy guided tours of the distillery, including a tasting of their spirits. Tours are available by appointment only.

 

Smokehouse Tacos The distillery’s Smokehouse Tacos offer a unique dining experience, featuring tacos made with meats smoked in-house. Menu items include Asada Tacos, Poor Man’s Short Rib Tacos, Carnitas Tacos, and Cauliflower Tacos (vegetarian).
