Oasis Vodka is distilled from organic Medjool dates grown in the Coachella Valley and won Double Gold at the 2019 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Nopalera Gin takes its name from the nopal cactus fields that once covered the area before Hollywood existed. Zanja Madre Bourbon and Rye Whiskey honor the aqueduct that first brought water to early Los Angeles. Inside, the tasting room mixes industrial distillery equipment with bourbon barrel displays and black-and-white photographs of classic film icons. Tours run about an hour and take you behind the scenes before sitting you down to taste the lineup. Food trucks rotate through regularly, and the space books private events and murder mystery nights.
