Two Eagles is the first legal distillery in Mount Prospect, a northwest suburb about 20 miles from downtown Chicago, and the founders had to get local ordinances amended just to open. The result is a tight lineup that includes Prospect Vodka, a corn-based spirit distilled and filtered ten times; Prospect Gin, a prohibition-style expression built around coriander and angelica root; Prospect Reserve, a seven-year Kentucky whiskey finished in California red wine barrels; and Lamassu Arak.
